Having problems with Philatelic Bureau of Sri Lanka

My name is Krzysztof and I'm from Poland. Some time ago I started collecting of Sri Lanka stamps. So far I have completed years 2020-2023. A few months ago I decided to buy stamps directly from Philatelic Bureau and I have big problems with it. Firstly I created 'Standing order' in order to receive automatically new issues. I sent some money to my account. Unfortunately my money status is still ONHOLD and I don't receive any stamps. I sent many questions about this and no answer so far.
Later I decided to buy directly from their store. After a few weeks I saw that status of my order changed to 'Dispatched'. After 1 month I don't have any letter and of course my questions about tracking info are without any answer.
To be honest I'm deeply disappointed with their services. I understand that they can process orders much longer, but 'stealing' money or ignoring my messages is completely not acceptable.
Do you have similar experiences? Maybe it is normal for collectors from abroad?
I'm very sad, because I like Sri Lanka stamps and I would like to collect them. I mean older as well as newest issues.
Maybe someone could help me in purchasing new issues? I would like to buy stamps, FDC, etc? I can even pay some premium.
