This catalog is a result of years of research on Ceylon /Sri Lanka postal stationery by Dr.Chandra Rodrigo (MBBS,FRCA,FFARCSI,FHKCA,FHKAM) who was the past president of Sri Lanka Philatelic society(2006,2007,2008).
He has divided his research on to 3 catalogs and this is his 1st catalog .
About the catalog
The catalog is divided into five parts, postal cards, letter cards, letter sheets , wrappers and printed to private order wrappers (P.T.P.O. Wrappers ). The latter were printed by the postal department at the request of private organizations.
