We are pleased to add a dedicated page to showcase the concept creations of ‘K.G. Keerthirathna’. He is a professional photographer for over 45 years and senior advisor of our society PASL uses his free time to create his sample stamp designs to showcase some interesting ideas which the philatelists could appreciate. We hope that he will be eligible to be a stamp designer with Philatelic Bureau Sri Lanka soon.
