Colombo Book Fair 2023 kicked off today (22nd Sept) at 9am at BMICH premises. Philatelic Bureau was once again present, located at Hall A, stalls 19 and 20.
Many hobbyists flocked to the stall to see if they could get a bargain or add to their collection. The Philatelic Bureau will be present from 9am to 9pm daily till the 1st October 2023.
