Fred Medis, veteran philatelist who has won many accolades and been an active member in the philately field in Sri Lanka has passed away on the night of 14th May 2024. He was also a Founding President/member of Philatelic Society of Sri Lanka (PSSL).
He was 97+. The funeral service will be on Thursday 16th May 2024 at 3.30pm at SS Mary & John Church in Nugegoda.
The body will reside at Jayaratne Funeral Parlour, Kalubowila this evening (15th) May 2024.
