This is a compiled book by Philatelic Bureau showcasing 20 MS (unfortunately they are pasted onto the book from the 4 corners of the MS). The years of the MS included are: 1983, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, , 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2009 (2 MS released in 2009), 2010, 2011.
With a face value of close to Rs 2000 at the time, it was a steal for anyone who bought the booklet then. It is worth much more in current market value.
With a starting bid of Rs 1, the auction is open for 12 hours (till 7.30am SL time 10th Sept)
A postal charge of Rs 300 will be added to the bid. If you have multiple bid wins, they can be combined and sent together so that Rs 300 is only charged once.
Payments need to be made to a bank account which will be sent to the winning bid.
