Oriental Stamp Service, more popularly known today as O.S.S used to issue a magazine/bulletin called ‘Ceylon Stamp news’. This was published monthly. Below link provides a free download to the July 1967 issue of Ceylon Stamp News.
It contained information that is very valuable today to get an understanding of philately services prevalent during that time.
