Oriental Stamp Service, more popularly known today as O.S.S used to issue a 16 page document called ‘Ceylon Stamp news’. This was published monthly.
It contained information that is very valuable today to get an understanding of philately services prevalent during that time.
We have received this document from a member of our society who would like to remain anonymous. We would like to extend our gratitude for sharing the document with us so that we can share it with you for free.
